Frans Rosmalen, CEO Future Diagnostics

Mr. Rosmalen founded Future Diagnostics in 1997. He has extensive experience in the field of immunochemistry, both in the development of immunoassays and management. Previously, Mr. Rosmalen was Founder and General Manager of Immuno Technology Services (ITS), and was Director of R&D at Nichols Institute Diagnostics, the Netherlands. He gained his experience in the Endocrinology department of University Medical Centre Nijmegen.

Wim Smit, MBA, COO Future Diagnostics

Mr. Smit has broad experience and domain knowledge in Diagnostics, Pharma, Biotechnology and particularly in general management, marketing and sales. He joined Future Diagnostics from Beckman Coulter, the Netherlands, where he was Managing Director until 2008. Previously, he worked at KCI Medical and Pharmacia & Upjohn in leading sales and marketing positions. He has a degree in Business Administration.

Mike Martens, PhD, CTO Future Diagnostics

Mr. Martens has over 20 years of experience in immunodiagnostics and led the development of more than 100 different immunoassays. Previously, he worked for Nichols Institute Diagnostics and joined Future Diagnostics since the start of the company in 1997. He has a degree in Medical Biology and holds a PhD degree in Medical Sciences.
