We have
also been the recipients of the prestigious Marie Curie International
Host Fellowship
award. This grant funded two post-docs and a postgraduate for two years.
Their work
has resulted in our latest generation microfluidic device that uses piezoelectric
pumping
to move liquid reagents in a analytical biochip. A poster and an oral
presentation
on this
technology has been presented at the 2004 Oak Ridge conference in San
Jose,
CA in late
April of 2004.
We continue to seek additional grants where
appropriate to build our skill base and
our technology
base to better serve our customers all over the world.
